Never tried pudding and cherries?
If you want to make a delicious dessert to serve at the end of a lunch or dinner, try to prepare this chocolate pudding to be served along with fresh cherries. The doses given are for two people, but if you plan to have more guests, you just have to double or triple the dosage regimen to follow.
Ingredients:
100 g of fresh cherries
200 ml of fresh whole milk
40 g of butter
80 g of sugar
80 g of dark chocolate
30 g of cornstarch
Pour the caster sugar in a saucepan, add the butter and melt on low flame without stirring. Finally add the chopped chocolate and let it melt. If you feel that chocolate can burn, perform this operation in a water bath.
When the chocolate is completely melted, add the dissolved cornstarch in cold milk and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
Bring the preparation to the boiling point and cook for three or four minutes. It will be ready when it has thickened and has the consistency of a custard.
Pour the mixture into two individual molds and let it cool first to room temperature and then in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
Before serving these chocolate puddings, place gently on a plate and accompany them with fresh cherries that you can use as decoration.
